  • Domestic Delivery - Charges and Timing
    1. We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 1,000. 2. Charges are based on the final weight and volume of the package to be delivered. 3. We will never charge you more than INR 500 for shipping, regardless of your basket size 4. We'll get your order to you as soon as possible! We're taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order with you within 7-8 business days. 5. In case you have not received your order within the advised time frame, we request you to raise the concern on the same day of receiving the delivery confirmation notification from Lilia Fashion House. 6. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard and express deliveries.
  • My money is debited but the order is not confirmed.
    In cases like this, your money is completely safe. Due to technical instabilities, the amount sometimes debits but fails to process at the payment gateway. When this happens the amount is usually reversed to the customer’s account within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that this payment went through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to the original source of payment.
  • How are orders placed on Lilia Fashion House website delivered to me?
    All online orders are shipped using our designated courier partners, such as Delhivery, BlueDart, UPS, and others
  • Can I return my product?
    Sale Products: We regret to inform you that during the sale period, no products are eligible for cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you receive a sale product in poor, broken, or damaged condition, we will dispatch a replacement for the same item. If the product is unavailable, we will provide a credit note or a refund. In the event of a failed delivery due to the customer being unreachable or refusing to accept the parcel, Lilia Fashion House assumes no responsibility for refunds or additional charges for reattempted delivery. In such cases, a credit note will be issued only upon the product's return to us. Non-Sale Products: We gladly accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with attached tags) within 10 days of delivery. Returns are eligible for store credit only. You can return items at our store free of cost. Any complaints reported after 10 days of delivery will not be accepted. We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and colour originally purchased. In case of a failed delivery due to the customer being unreachable or refusing to accept the parcel, Lilia will not be responsible for refunds or additional charges for reattempted delivery. In such instances, a credit note will be issued once the product is returned to us. We accept return and exchange request only once.
  • What is your return policy?
    We're happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 10 days of delivery for store credit only. We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The credit note is valid for a year from the date of issue and can be redeemed online or at our stores. You can always return or exchange your order by following the following steps: AT HOME COLLECTION You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges by writing to lilia@liliafashionhouse.com or calling/WhatsApping our customer care at +91 9043882403 from Monday to Saturday, between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (IST). We’ll look into the issue and get back to you within 48 working hours. The amount deducted from your final credit note amount will be Rs 200 for all orders. AT OUR STORE You can return your items free of charge to our store. Any additional shipping charges or gift wrap packaging, if paid, will be deducted from your credit note amount. Any complaint that is reported after 10 days of delivery will not be accepted. Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • How do I initiate a return?
    The quickest way to initiate a return/exchange is to call or WhatsApp us at +91 9043882403, or write to us at lilia@liliafashionhouse.com with your order ID and reason for return. We’ll take care of the rest!
  • Can I exchange my product?
    We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and color that you have purchased. In case your required size is not available, a credit note for the amount spent will be issued to you.
  • When can I receive my credit note?
    A credit note will be issued immediately after we receive the product from your end and our team makes sure everything is in place. Our credit note is valid online and in our stores for a year or in exchange for another available size.
  • What is the return and exchange policy for Sale items?
    Any items purchased during the sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non availability of the product, we will issue you a credit note/refund.
  • What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
    Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged. For order issues such as damaged or defective products, please contact us at wearlilia@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the products, along with product images. In case a wrong product is delivered or items are missing from your order, you can WhatsApp us at +91 9043882403 or email us at wearlilia@gmail.com along with the product images and the order number within 48 hours of receiving the products, along with product images.
